Turn every drive into a fixed pothole.

roadwatch spots road defects from your dashcam, you approve them in a tap, and it files them with the city automatically, then tracks each one until it is repaired.

Works with a Tesla, a GoPro, or a plug-in dashcam. No technical setup.

How it works

1. Drive

Mount a dashcam and drive like normal. roadwatch records the road.

2. Detect

The AI finds potholes and road defects and pins each to its exact GPS spot.

3. Approve

You see the photo, you tap approve. Nothing is ever filed without you.

4. Fixed

It is filed with the city’s 311 system and tracked all the way to repair.

📍➡️🛠️

One tap turns a pothole you drove past into an official city ticket, with a photo and an exact location, and roadwatch chases it to repair so you do not have to.

🚌🗺️

Buses, delivery vans, and municipal trucks already cover every street on a schedule. roadwatch turns that coverage into a complete, always-current road-condition map, with per-vehicle health monitoring so you know every unit is reporting.

For fleets

Your routes already map every road. Put that to work.

  • ✅ Always-on units, centrally provisioned across the whole fleet.
  • ✅ Full road-condition coverage as a byproduct of routes you already run.
  • ✅ Per-vehicle health dashboard: know instantly if a unit stops reporting.
  • ✅ Road-roughness scoring per segment to plan maintenance and cut vehicle wear.

For cities

A better pothole queue than the phone.

Photo-verified

Every report is a real photo at an exact GPS point, reviewed by a person, not a vague phone description.

No duplicates

roadwatch checks your open queue before filing, so it never adds a duplicate of a request you already have.

Accountability, built in

Track median days-to-fix by ward and prove the work, with data you can publish.

Questions

How does roadwatch report a pothole automatically?

A dashcam records the road while you drive. roadwatch’s AI reviews the footage, finds potholes and other road defects, tags each with its GPS location, and shows you a photo. You tap approve, and roadwatch files it with your city’s official 311 system, then tracks it until the city marks it repaired.

Do I need a Tesla or a special car?

No. roadwatch works with a Tesla dashcam, a GoPro, or a simple plug-in dashcam kit in any car. Fleets like buses and delivery vans use an always-on unit. The detection and reporting are the same across every vehicle.

Does a person review it before anything is sent to the city?

Always. Nothing is filed with the city without a human approving it first. roadwatch shows you the photo and location; you decide. It also never files a duplicate of a pothole the city already has open.

What does it cost?

Reporting is free. A plug-and-go hardware kit is a one-time purchase for drivers, and fleets and cities run on a per-vehicle plan. Book a pilot to get pricing for your fleet or city.

Which cities can roadwatch file with?

roadwatch files directly with Milwaukee today and is built to add any city that has an online 311 or service-request system. Tell us your city when you book a pilot.
